Utsav is a mobile-first community festival management platform built with React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. It unifies operations, finance, and volunteer coordination into a single intuitive app. Organizers can manage multi-tier colonies, track donor pledges and instant walk-in contributions, oversee line-item budgets and expense payouts, and delegate volunteer task assignments with real-time availability scheduling.

• Task Delegation & Volunteer Availability: Interactive task board allowing admins to schedule event requirements and volunteers to self-assign and declare availability.
• Scalable Mobile Architecture: Engineered using Expo Router (typed routes), SecureStore for persistent JWT auth, and modular REST services.
